Teaching Schedule at Thrive Movement arts

I teach Egyptian raqs sharqi, also known as belly dance. Develop body awareness, coordination, musicality, and cultural context in a low impact dance class. I also teach Reformer Pilates which is an amazing workout that combines mindfulness, breathwork and functional movement. 

Monday

5:30pm Mixed Level Pilates Reformer

Tuesday

6:30pm Mixed Level Belly Dance (co-taught with Mychelle Crown)

7:30pm Kanz Altaaj Performance group (co-taught with Mychelle Crown)

Wednesday

5:30pm Beginning Pilates Reformer

6:30pm Beginning Raqs Sharqi / Belly Dance
